Because the safety of our customers is of utmost importance to us, we try to make every effort to accommodate customers with specific allergen and dietary needs. Jump Start Café is NOT a gluten free environment however, we do everything within our control to avoid cross-contamination.

Due to our limited kitchen space, flour in the air prevents a guarantee of a purely gluten free environment. Also, factors outside our immediate control such as suppliers, recipes, and kitchen preparation could impact the possibility for food items to come in contact with other food products. We practice caution in preparing our gluten free items and efforts are made to avoid cross-contact of allergens. Jump Start Café does not guarantee that cross-contamination with allergens will not occur.
